I was very touched by the honesty of your previous post...I too have allowed myself to become lazy, and am loosing sight of the person I was, and want to be...it's easy to do, and although you are aware of it, motivating yourself to change is hard, it's so much easier to ignore it! This is a really inspiring blog, and good luck to crossing things off of your list :) I think I'm going to make one too...even something simple that you can cross off is a big achievement when you feel nothing else is happening :) x x x
